People move with time..what about me?

As the title says, 'People move with time, what about me'??? After a year plus of stepping into the corporate ladder, guess its time to think about what's next for me? Sometimes the thoughts in me would be..its OK Janice, just continue to do what you're doing and your effort will pay off at the end of the day. But, sometimes vice versa thoughts would be..Come on Janice, you've been working so hard and yet not being appreciated much.time to move! Well, honestly speaking I'm really in dilemma now..I do enjoy learning so much currently, but I do stress up most of the time which is really bad on the other side of the story. How? Should I leave and move on? Or should I stay and wait? God, can you tell me what's next??
